Pearl Bayview Chinese Cuisine is the newest addition to the Pearl family, opening in December 2011 inside Bayview Village shopping centre. Uptown foodies now don’t need to travel downtown in order to enjoy the famous dim sum and Chinese dishes that Pearl has been serving up for almost 30 years.

Pearl Harbourfront has been singled out by enRoute Magazine as one of the Top 100 Restaurants in Canada for the past decade, and is the winner of 2011 Dine.TO’s Best Chinese Restaurant Award.

OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF

Kwok Foon Mak is the Executive Chef at Pearl Bayview. Prior to joining Pearl Bayview, Chef Kwok was a chef at Pearl Harbourfront and has more than 40 years of industry experience under his belt. Specializing in Cantonese food, Chef Kwok honed his skills in Hong Kong.
